Toccoa, Georgia's only B&B is a twenty room VIctorian masterpiece on the main street of town. Celebrating one hundred years in 2003, the Simmons Bond features quarter-sawn oak paneled walls, stained-glass, curved glass, and beveled glass, along with countless antiques. The original brass chandeliers hang from 12 foot ceilings. There are nine unique fireplaces, persian rugs, dozens of oak columns, and a beautiful grand staircase.

Restored to it's original elegance, all five unique guestrooms have private baths. Most rooms have working fireplaces, and all rooms have air conditionaing, coffeemakers, color tv's w/ 60 channels, hair dryers, iron w/ironing board, ceiling fans, and telephones.

Hospitality is provided by innkeeper, Elizabeth Forkey, including our famous, multi-course gourmet breakfasts. Breakfasts are served on china and crystal, and include coddled eggs, apple pancakes, pecan waffles, fabulous french toast, etc. Elizabeth loves to do the little extras to make your occasion special
