This is our luxury private villa set in an up-market development and looking out on to a beautiful lake for that peaceful feeling on the fully-screened front porch at night.
The villa has full air conditioning and a ceiling fan in the lounge.
The pool is south facing with additional heating if required. It is fully screened and fenced all round. The large decking area comes with furniture consisting of two tables a parasol, six chairs and four sun loungers.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwavefridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, ice maker, waste disposal unit, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils and crockery.
The Master Bedroom has a large king-sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe with a safe, other bedroom furniture and an ensuite bathroom with vanity unit, large walk-in shower and toilet.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and fitted wardrobes.
The third bedroom has a bunk bed, (double+single) and a single bed, fitted wardrobes & is Disney themed.
Bathroom two is shared by the second and third bedrooms and has a bath, shower, vanity unit and toilet.

Local Area Information

Disney World and all the other major
attractions are just a 10-minute drive away while the attraction-packed ‘Highway 192’
is only a short drive down the road.The location is perfect. Quietly situated just off the main road, yet close to many of the attractions, restaurants and shops etc. that make Orlando so popular.
‘Interstate 4’, (I4), which runs right across Florida from east to west is just 10 minutes away, while the ‘Florida Turnpike’, (US1), which runs from the Florida Keys up the east coast of America, is only 15 minutes away. No problem exploring then!
