They are three of 20 detached houses built in 1999, arranged in one of the four courts of five properties which are set amongst 30 acres of woodlands.

Each lodge has been designed to a high specification. The upside down accommodation incorporates a fully fitted kitchen and a spacious open plan dining area and living room. There are fine views across to the internationally renowned Nicklaus Course at St Mellion.

All furnishings are new and of high quality. Each lodge has a hi-fi system, widescreen television with digital satellite channels, DVD player and video recorder. Ironing facilities and hairdryers are provided.

The lodges were inspected by the English Tourism Council in Autumn 2004 and given a 4 star award in the self catering category.

Local Area Information

Oakridge is set on a beautiful hillside nestled on the side of a valley between the villages of Pillaton and St Mellion.

All gardens are landscaped with fragrant plants and water features.
A private path from Oakridge leads across a stream directly to the course at St Mellion providing quick and easy access to the club’s excellent facilities.
About the Facilities at St Mellion International

Whilst staying at Oakridge, two people will enjoy the benefit of golf membership at St Mellion International. This includes unlimited free use of the superb 18 hole, Old Course (usually £38) and a charge of only £20 to play the magnificent Jack Nicklaus designed championship course (usually £55).

In addition, two people have leisure membership that provides free use of the indoor leisure club with it’s 25m heated pool, children’s pool, steam room, sauna and fully equipped gym. The leisure memberships also allow use of squash and tennis courts.

Other guests will be entitled to use these facilities at reduced rates.
