AN INTERLUDE has a wonderful layout...an established winner, with our acclaimed Master Bedroom. near the slopes. ASPENWOODS is brand new. HUGE Great room, across from North Lake~~boating,fishing etc Our "tot lot" has a great play area, fishing pond and a family picnic area. Central location, puts it just a few minutes from everything!! PLEASE, take a few minutes to log on to each web site. if you check each one for *the virtual tour *RATES ($ here is for "credit" We discount pay-by-check) *amenities you will be able to figure which is better for your family! We quote prices from our "RATES" link. We recognize you have to put out money when you pay by check, and we are prepared to reimburse you for that "inconvenience". Sending us a check for the rental and the security deposit, typically is 3-4% lower than what you see (credit), and on our "RATES" page. Call or e-mail for specifics. WE DO HAVE A NO SMOKING, NO PETS POLICY, and we thank you on behalf of our Staff and Guests for adhering to them!! ~ people in your party. BOTH HOUSES SLEEP 7 PEOPLE IN BEDS... Both houses sleep a total of 10 people. ASPENWOODS has a day bed in the den(2 people). Plus a pull out in the Great Room(2 people) AN INTERLUDE has a pull out in the den. (2 people). Plus an elevated "aero" bed. check in after 3pm, ~~, 2005. Check out would be by 10:30am, ON ~~, 2005 Many people come to the area earlier than check in, and leave later. Our housekeeping crew needs the time. Though, You may even run into them. I have asked them NOT to take shortcuts, just to beat a deadline. If you do, rest assured they will finish quickly! Pricing can be found on the "RATES" link on each web site!! It depends on when you want to be there, which house, length of stay the total cost for AN INTERLUDE will be $~~ ($~~- if you "pay by check"). We have to add 9% West Virginia use tax, for a total of=$~~ ($~~ by check). ASPENWOODS will be $~~ ($~~~ pay-by-check) When you add the tax it will be = $~~ ($~~ check) BUT,that is it...Rental+tax. We have NO OTHER FEES!! 1/3 holds the house for your dates. We reserve the house when we receive that check or credit! It is non refundable 30 days prior to check in. The rest is due 30 days from check in...**If you do cancel, and we re-rent, you get your deposits back. A $300 security deposit also due with the second check(separate check). We will cash that check. And return the money when the Housekeeper clears the house. Typically 7-10 days. ON CREDIT CARDS, we add it to your account, just prior to check-in, and return it 7-10 days. **We will still honor the "pay by check" rates if you want to put JUST the security deposit on your card. We will credit your card after you leave!! Just let us know how you want to handle it. **we will confirm the house, when we hear from you. After our Housekeeper clears the house, Usually 7-10 days after you leave, you become eligible for Frequent Guest discounts on future rentals...you never pay full price again! We work on a first come, first serve basis, please don't send a check without notifying us. We do confirm within a couple of days of receiving the check, so be on the lookout for that confirming e-mail. That is it. No "hidden " charges, fees etc. To keep costs at a minimum, use checks, personal,or bank check. Money orders will also be accepted. CALL OR E-MAIL IF YOU WANT TO SEND A CHECK, SO WE ARE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR IT!!
