The most important “room� of houses on Fuerteventura is the terrace, where you can enjoy the whole day, from the first light in the morning until the sun is slipping away in the ocean after a sunny day on Fuerteventura.

La Pared is very close to Costa Calma (about 7 minutes drive by car):

Costa Calma is one of the most popular and developed vacation spots in the southern part of Fuerteventura. Its sandy beaches are a paradise for windsurfers, divers, beach hikers and, of course, those merely longing to take in the sun. Add to that a full-functioning infrastructure, and you have it all! Tourists will find wellness clubs, gyms, outdoor sports courts, bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets, medical centres and much more.
The well known windsurfing and kite school of Rene Egli is located on the beach of Sotavento.
