The ground floor offers a fully fitted kitchen with a 5 ring gas cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine and ample storage, this leads into the dining area which provides a large table and seating for 8 people

The sitting room is equipped with sofas, TV (satellite), DVD and Stereo. Library of books/games/DVD's and Videos available.

The first floor offers a fully contained Master Bedroom Suite comprising double bed, bathroom (bath, shower attachment, 2 basins, WC). Private sitting area with TV/Video & CD player. Benefitting from overlooking the garden and pool.

There are 2 Double (1 ensuite) and 1 twin bedroom on the ground floor all with doors leading to the garden and overlooking the pool, there is also a ground floor family bathroom and separate WC.

Enjoy the south facing garden basked in sunshine from early morning until late into the evening. Take a much deserved moment to enjoy the pace of rural life, read a book, capture the sun rays, watch the family splashing in the pool. Spend balmy evenings enjoying French food, sipping a glass of local wine whilst you count the endless stars in the clear night sky.

The swimming pool is fenced with a childproof gate for added safety. The south facing aspect means the pool is bathed in sunshine from sunrise to sunset. With the children tucked in bed, switch on the pool light and enjoy a quiet swim whilst the barbeque does its thing
