Across from the building are shops and restaurants. Close by is a modern shopping mall, called La Marina, which is also close to the Carrefour, the latter being a huge supermarket which sells anything, from food to non-food. These facilities can be reached by an excellent bus connection (around the corner). La Marina is quite unique; with on the top floor several theme restaurants, music, performances and a fantastic view over Benidorm. The family park Paramount Terra Mitica and the new Safari Park Terra Natura are very close by. The old town of Benidorm is also nearby.
