Villa in Costa Blanca, Spain

Property Description

The finca is situated right outside the typical Spanish village of Hondon de las nieves (walkingdistance) and at about 30 km from the town of Alicante and its beautiful marina and promenades. The airport of El Altet is reached in about 20 min. and you need only 30 min. to get to the coast (Santa Pola, San Juan, Guardamar....ect....). After a 15 min. drive you reach the historical town of Elche with its famous natural parks and its UNESCO Clasified Palmtreegrove and at about 50 km you will reach the historical city of Murcia. HONDON is an adorable little town in the hills behind Alicante. Finca Isabel is like an oasis of peace and space, away from the crowd between orangegroves and vineyards with a fantastic view to the mountains, on a plot of 5800 m2 of which 3000 are completely fenced and with a beautiful mediterranian garden and a private pool .

The finca has:
- 3 bedrooms: - one with a double bedd (boxspring)
- one with two seperate beds
- one with store beds
- plus an extra portabel bed for one person
- one bathroom completely equiped also with dishwasher
- Fully equiped kitchen with all electrical aparatus including a large fridge - freezer, ceramic hob, oven and microwave, toaster ....ect....

- Spacious living room and diner with airconditioning, SAT TV, Hi Fi set and DVD.

The finca also has a covered terrace area of 60 m2 and another terrace, of about 180 m. There is teak garden furniture for 8 persons and plastic garden furniture for another 6 people. Round the pool there are 4 sunbeds. The finca is surrounded by the beautiful mediteranian garden with a beautiful pool that is iluminated in the evenings. Just imagine what that looks like after a beautiful sunset.
BBQ is available (even a small BBQ house with 2X BBQ). There are 2 garages, 2 bikes are available as well (there are beautiful biking -routes).

At +/- 2 km of the Finca there is a little spanish village with all the necesary services: a little plaza with a couple of bars and terraces.....Restaurants, fountains, baker's, Butcher's.....little supermarkets.....(big supermarkets like Mercadona and Carrefour , caprabo ....are in Elche), bank with cashpoints, Tenniscourts and a large comunity pool......
There is a local market about twice a week and an indoor market for fish, meat, vegetables and fruits on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
