The Villa stands in an elevated position and the large roof terrace benefits from panoramic views to the sea and the golf course. The property has been specifically designed on two levels to suit many purposes, as 1 large Holiday Villa perfect for large parties or it can be used as two apartments often ideal for 2 families that like to holiday together, but still like a little privacy and freedom.
At the rear of the Villa next to the swimming pool there is a large patio with barbeque, sun-loungers and table and chairs. The swimming pool is 7.5 meters long and 3.5 meters wide, and has a graded depth from 1 meter to 1.5. There is also a heated pool-side shower.
At the front of the property there is a drive which leads down to the front door of the lower level, there is also a walkway, small garden and steps which lead to the front door for the upper level and a small terrace with a balustrade and patio doors.
The upper level has a spacious open plan room which has a cherry wood and glass dining table and chairs, a stylish stainless steel table with chrome stools, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave. The lounge area is divided by a marble breakfast bar with further stools. There is also a television and video.
There are two bedrooms on this floor, both furnished with Canarian style furniture, one has twin beds and a fitted wardrobe and overlooks the swimming pool. This room also benefits from sea-views. The second bedroom has a double bed and a fitted wardrobe. There is also a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and hand washbasin.

The lower level and has two leather settees, a coffee table a large wall unit with a TV, video and a CD/mini-system. There is a second kitchen which is also fully equipped. There are a further two bedrooms, again both fitted with Canarian style furniture. One double bedroom, and a further with twin beds and additional bedroom furniture. There is a large bathroom with a shower cubicle. The washing machine is located here and an iron and ironing board are also provided.
All rooms throughout the house are fitted with ceiling fans for your comfort.

Local Area Information

The town of Caleta is often reffered to as a holiday village.The man made beach has been carefully constructed to avoid currents and is in the shape of a horse shoe. This ensures it is perfectly safe for children of all ages. Those wanting to be a little more adventurous can go diving, hire jet skis or learn to windsurf at the water centre on the beach. The harbour is home to many yachts, catamarans and boats which provide local trips as well as providing a beautiful backdrop in the evenings.

There is a multitude of good restaurants in Caleta that can cater for all tastes at very reasonable prices. Steaks and Fish are particularly good, however there are also Chinese, Indian, Greek and English restaurants all within a close area.
There are also a number of good supermarkets within the local area.

The Capital Del Rossario is approximately 20 minutes north of Caleta. There is a local bus service, which runs every 30 minutes and provides air conditioned coaches for the trip. At 1 Euro (65p) it is an extremely cheap and easy way to get around.
Car hire is easily available and is approximately 18 Euros (£12) per day.
The town of Caleta de Fuste (also known as Castillo) is perfectly positioned in the middle of the island, and therefore is only a 5 minute taxi transfer from the airport.
It is a particularly friendly town and caters extremely well for families and couples alike. You won’t find a multitude of late bars and disco’s, for that you will need to head north of the island to Correlejo.
This brings me onto one of the main selling points about Caleta is that everything is within walking distance, the beach, the shops and the restaurants and bars, so it is perfect for those who don’t want the hassle of having to drive every day
