Terrace: There is a covered terrace with a nice view over the villa area of La Fiesta and the saltlakes of La Mata. There are 2 garden-tables with each 4 chairs. There is a solarium with with an even better view to enjoy the sun.

Pool and Garden: The pool is 10 X 5m and 2.20 m deep.
Around the pool there is a huge terrace with 6 sunbeds and parasol where you can enjoy the sun. There is a bbq. The washing machine is in a seperate laundry area.

Parking possibilities: The car can be left either on the cardriveway or in the garage. There is room for two cars on the plott.
