Villa in Costa Blanca, Spain

Property Description

This villa is a typical spanish villa and located in the montains of Moraira - Benissa, and has a fantastic view over other villas and sea.
There villa is in the montains, do you have to count with some steps. The area is very green trough the thousands of pinetrees. Distance to the beach is more or less 2 km. At the entry of the urbanization do you find a supermarket Pepe la Sal where you can buy all you need. The centre, harbour of Moraira is about 3 km from the villa. On the plot is enough space to park 3 cars. This villa is for people who love the view, nature an the montains.

Downstairs: In the kitchen there's a 4 ring stove, grill, hob, oven, toaster, fridge & freezer. The utility room has a washing machine, clothes dryer & Hoover. In the living room is the open fire & seating for 9 people.
- For your entertainment you will also find an audio tape player, CD, radio, TV, satellite & video player.
- The dining area has a table with seating for 8 people.
Two of the bedrooms are situated downstairs and are fitted with fans. A fully fitted bathroom with shower and bidet serve the downstairs.

Upstairs: Upstairs you will find 2 further bedrooms beautiful sun terrace and a fully fitted bathroom with shower.

The bedrooms are 2 doubles, 2 twins. The villa will accommodate a maximum of 10 people 8 + 2 (sofa bed).

Outside: Here you will find the barbecue & garden, the 12m x 4m swimming pool, marble garden table & chairs, 8 sun loungers & solar outside shower. There is parking for 3 cars

Suitability: We welcome children & long term renters. The low allergen environment is non smoking only. You may bring well behaved pets only and because of the terrain the villa is wheelchair inaccessible.

The following are also included: English Digital Satellite, Video Player and a selection of family films. Playstation and a selection of games.

Mosquito blinds are fitted on all bedroom windows.

About ParksThe town has a nice park through which the river flows. It also has a childrens play area. There is still a large grass mound here --the remains of the Norman Waytemore castle. Its a pleasant place to sit in sunny weather. About Local AttrcationsThursday is market day in Bishops Stortford and the town is really lively. People come in from all the surrounding villages. At one time they would have come for the cattle and produce markets but they have gone now. However, there is still a wonderful market that stretches from one end of the town to the other--well worth a browse.About HistoryBishops Stortford is a very old market town. Horse drawn coaches stopped here overnight on their way from London to Cambridge, so there are still black and white coaching inns in the town.
