The Reserves are situated in a quiet gated community with only 64 homes all in beautiful vibrant colours and all overlooking a small lake. The house has two allocated parking spaces adjacent to the property.

After a hard day playing golf, shopping or simply having fun at the theme parks, why not relax, have a snack and soak up some of the Florida sun on the patio or go for a swim and relax by the community pool and cabana. The heated swimming pool is a stroll away (in fact about 30 seconds). The pool is within a gated area, so no need worry if you have small children.

Fully air-conditioned the spacious living area offers the feeling of space with a 25ft-vaulted ceiling. The living area has two comfortable sofas one of which is a sofa bed, plus all the normal furnishings of a living area like a remote control cable TV, video/DVD player, a coffee table, two side tables with lamps and telephone.

The kitchen and dining area are adjacent to the living area, so there is no need to be separated from family and friends. The dining area has a dining table that seats 6. If you want to get a head start and get to the theme parks early, you have the option to cater for yourselves with a fully equipped kitchen with all the items you would find at home such as a toaster, microwave, full size oven and hob, fridge/freezer, ice maker, coffee machine & blender. In fact, everything you need is provided, enough to cater for 10 people. If you don't fancy catering for yourself you can eat out at one of the many local restaurants.

Want to save yourself all that washing when you get home or bring a suitcase half full so you have enough space for all those goodies you have bought! Well you will find a separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

There are four bedrooms, two master bedrooms and two smaller bedrooms. You can sleep 8 comfortably but have the option to sleep up to 10 with the sleeper sofa. All the bedrooms and bathrooms come fully equipped with linens, towels and hairdryers. The two master bedrooms host a king and queen size bed, each have their own cable TV and ensuite bathroom. You can also find a safe in the main master bedroom which can be hired locally. The two smaller bedrooms each have two single beds, cable TV and DVD players and share the third bathroom. There is also a cloak room on the ground floor should all three bathrooms be occupied.

Local Area Information

The location is perfect, it's on the CR 54 Ronald Regan Parkway, which is close enough to all the attractions, yet it offers you the peace and quiet which you will cherish especially after a busy day at the theme parks. Access is very easy, either from HW192 (off Old Lake Wilson Road) or junction 58 on the I4 (which is minutes away). It is approx 2 minutes from Champions Gate Golfing resort, designed by Greg Norman. At Champions gate you can also find restaurants, a supermarket and a host of other shops. This central location makes access to all the theme parks quick, easy and ideal, 10 minutes to Disney, 15 minutes to Sea World and 20 minutes to Universal. In fact as the I4 is only a stone's throw away it's situation is perfect. It's also ideal for those of you who love to shop with a short trip along the I4 to Belz factory outlet or the Orlando Premium outlets (just two among many shopping malls). If you want to get away from the crowds you can always take a short trip to the coast by jumping on the I4 and heading towards Tampa Bay, it will take you about an hour.
