The Cottage at La Charouffie is set in the 2 acre grounds with several interesting outbuildings, stables and barn conversion, originally a large farm, the farm hand lived on site in the cottage, but now is available to rent for holidays. The Main Farmhouse on site is now used as a B&B.
The Cottage has two bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms. In each bedroom there is a double and a single bed, so there is the capability of sleeping 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, and CD player. On the patio there is a BBQ and seating area for alfresco eating.

Local Area Information

Riberac is an excellent central location as a base for your holiday to explore the Dordogne and surrounding areas. Riberac hosts the largest market in the Dordogne on Friday mornings and with all the shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets every culinary taste is catered for. There are many sites of interest for all ages, for the more energetic locally there is kyaking, horse riding, tennis and cycle hire available. Twenty minutes away you can enjoy a round of golf at the course near Perigueux or laze on the sandy beach at the lakes at La Jemaye. If you prefer to go and see the historic sights there is a wealth of beautiful unspoilt villages with their own individual charm, Brantome, Aubeterre and Bordailles just to name a few.
