This brand new villa is located just a 15 minute walk from the beach front, and 5 minute walk from two Supermarkets, local bars, restaurants and clubs. It is situated close to bus stops with regular service into the centre of Torrevieja and Supermarkets and a large hypermarket are just a 15 minute walk away.


This villa is ideally situated for those that want to get the best out of a holiday. Only 30 minutes from Murcia and Alicante airports The Villa is in a quiet location and away from main roads. 2 minutes drive to Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca coast you could be settled in and enjoying your holiday before you know it.

Ground Floor

In the main area of the villa you will find a dining area with table and chairs which comfortably accommodate 4 people and the lounge area is equipped with a three seater sofa, dresser and coffee table, TV . Front poach with table and chairs.

The kitchen comes equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob, toaster, kettle. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

Bathroom with WC and wash hand basin.

Bedroom equipped with two single beds, built in wardrobes and bedside table.

First Floor

Two bedrooms, Master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe and bedside cabinets and your own sun terrace. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with two single beds, built in wardrobes and bedside cabinet.

Main bathroom with shower, bath, WC, bidet and wash hand basin.

Communal Pool to the front of this villa there is also a baby pool attached to the main pool for our younger guests to use.

Smoking is not allowed in this villa but is allowed on the Roof Terrace

Close by and well within five minute walk, you will find a Large Supermarket Commercial centre where you can find every type of cuisine imaginable from Chinese, American, Italian, English and of course Spanish. There are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. A popular local market is held on Wednesdays - again within 15 minutes stroll of the apartment, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.

Within 15 minutes drive are Villamartin Las Ramblas and Campoamor and 10 minute drive you have La Marquesa and La Finca Golf Courses.
Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.
Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap.
Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor


Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 10 minute drive from this property.

Located in Benidorm, which is 55 -minute drive, enjoy one of the most beautiful and fun theme parks in the world. There's something for everyone: shows, thrill rides and rides for the little ones. Come and have some fun at Terra Mitica or visit the water park at Aqualandia.
