Casa Crinda garden apartment is situated in Javea on the eastern part of the Spanish mainland, in the province of Alicante in the unspoilt Costa Blanca. The area is noted for its clean air and temperate climate, enjoying over 335 days of sunshine a year and has, in fact, been described by the World Health Organisation as ' environmentally near perfect.'

Javea is a medieval town with Roman and Moorish past. It can be divided into three parts; the historic old town with narrow streets and l6th century fortress church; the port with its picturesque fishing harbour and modern yacht club; the lively Arenal beach with its white sand, offering safe bathing, water sports and a variety of bars, restaurants, exciting boutiques and shops.

Offering spacious accommodation for up to four persons, Casa Crinda garden apartment occupies the ground floor of a large privately owned villa, which is situated in a secluded, but not isolated position, within easy walking distance of the beach and all other amenities.

Approximately one hour's drive away from both Alicante and Valencia airports, Casa Crinda is situated in its own small orange grove with views of the Montgo Mountain. The apartment is modern and well equipped. The large lounge/dining room opens directly out onto a large partially covered and shaded patio, which overlooks a quiet garden surrounding the 8m x 4m private swimming pool.

The well furnished accommodation comprises large lounge/dining room equipped with TV/DVD player and hi-fi, kitchen equipped with full cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, Double master bedroom with full en-suite facilities and ceiling fan, two large additional bedrooms with separate fully equipped family bathroom.

The rental includes exclusive use of the private pool, outside bar and BBQ.

An English bank and local supermarket are within 5 mins. Walk, whilst the main Javea beach with all its accompanying facilities is an easy 15 mins walk away.

The villa is managed and maintained by the resident English owners who provide a personal and friendly service, if required.

House towels and bed linen are provided which are changed on a weekly basis.




Local Area Information

For the golf enthusiasts there are two excellent golf courses in the area. Javea golf club is within a few minutes drive of the Villa, whilst the other, La Sella, which was built by Olazabal, on the other side of Javea, is about 10 Kms away. Golf clubs can be hired at both venues.

For disco fans there is the 'Moli Blanc', which is near Javea old town and opens around 11 p.m. through till breakfast time. There are also numerous pubs/music bars around the beach and sea front areas.

Windsurfers and jet skis can be hired for a modest cost. These are at the end of the bay away from the main arenal beach area. The Arenal beach is ideal for bathing and is very safe for children. If you prefer more activity, roller-skating, level green bowling, golf and tennis are available close to the villa.

Shopping in Javea is excellent with everything you need within a short distance. There are numerous supermarkets in the area and a local covered market in Javea old town selling all kinds of meat, fish and poultry.
