There are two swiming pools, big gardens, private parking area, 24 hr. security, etc. From condo to downtown there is approx. 1 mile and to airport, there must be 16. A private taxi from airport to condo is $40.-usd and the shared shuttle vans $12.- each. Depending on day and hour, I can also pick you up at airport at a lower rate

Buses and taxis run and stop just in front of condo all day long, approx. every 15 mins. It's not a tourist resort, but rather a quiet private complex where local families stay permanently, like myself and the few renters we get are generally retired couples.

The 1 bdr. 1 bath ocean front condos can have either a king, queen or fullsize bed in bedroom, and a sofa-bed for two in living room.
All have color T.V, cable, radio-casette-cd player, fully equipped kitchenette, (micro and electric toaster-oven, blender, coffee maker, electric range, dishware, pots and pans, 20 lt. purified water jug...) linnen, bath and pool towels, hair dryer,iron, etc. Air conditioning, ceiling and floor fans and a balcony overwiewing the Caribbean, the Hotel Zone and beautiful Isla Mujeres !

Local Area Information

The condos are within walking distance from very typical & picturesques restaurantes (like for 'locals') and from the "PUERTO JUAREZ" Ferries that take you to Isla Mujeres. Also from a laundry and a couple of small convenience stores. But downtown you'll be able to find big chains of supermarkets, such as Sam's Club, Wall-Mart, Costo, etc. and the buses will take you there as well as to The Hotel Zone, from door of condo.

The condo is also very near from some small ruins (El Meco), but there are plenty of main ones : Tulum, Chichenitza, Coba... within driving distance for a day trip tour. I'll give you a list of several options and I can also arrange your tours when you are here, should you be interested.

There is plenty to do in Cancun: windsurf, water skiing, fishing, diving, snorkeling, golf, tennis, visiting ecoarcheological parks and ruins. And of course also the incredible night life!
