Property Description
The villa is fully air-conditioned and can sleep up to 7 people (a full-size folding bed is available). It is built on two levels. On the ground floor there is a lounge/dining room with large dining table and 6 chairs, open fireplace, sofa suite, CD player, and satellite TV showing the Sky Family Package. This lounge, with patio doors leading out onto the pool terrace, offers panoramic views of the breathtaking scenery overlooking the Mediterranean Sea towards Gibraltar. On a clear day, you can see the mountains of Africa! There is a fully fitted kitchen with electric hob unit, cooker, microwave, and fridge/freezer. A utility room is provided with an automatic washing machine. The Master Bedroom has a king-size double bed, fitted wardrobes, and doors leading onto the patio area. Adjoining this is the ensuite bathroom with WC, two wash basins, bidet, circular bath, shower and double vanity unit. A second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobe. There is a separate bathroom with WC, wash basin and shower. A spiral staircase leads to the turret bedrdoom with a twin beds, wardrobe, sofa and doors out onto a private balcony overlooking the pool.
Externally there is a terrace with a large pool (8x4m) set in private gardens featuring a built-in barbeque, outside dining area with garden furniture, and a garage. The property benefits from the exclusivity given by the security gates at the entrance to the development complex and is flanked by other villas. Mijas is 5 mins by car, Fuengirola and the beach are 10 mins by car and Marbella 20 mins. The nearest international airport is Malaga (10 miles). There is a local manager who is available to provide any information and assistance required. The pool and garden will be maintained once a week. Clean linen and towels are provided once a week, but please bring your own pool and beach towels!

For cultural visitors, the highlights are the cities of Seville, Cordoba and Granada. For wildlife enthusiasts, there are some of the highest mountains in Europe (including Europe's southernmost skiing resort) and marshlands crowded with flamingos.

| Deposit of 10% (minimum £250 or €350) required to secure booking. Full amount required 8 weeks before holiday. Deposit refunded one week after holiday less any costs incurred for electricity and telephone. Payment options: cheque or bank transfer. We also accept payment in Euros. Supplement per person per week if more than 6 adults: £50. A discount of 20% is available for rentals of 3 weeks or more from November to March.

Electricity: We give an allowance of 100kW per week for normal electricity usage and anything above this is charged at 10p or 0.15 EUR per kW. Please make sure you read the electricity meter with our Manager on start and finish of your holiday.
