This is the largest cottage, accommodating up to 6 people. French doors lead from the courtyard into the spacious and comfortable lounge with three and two seater settees and an arm chair. There is a TV, Video and Cd /Radio player, coffee table and also a nest of tables.

Four steps lead down to the large kitchen / diner equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle. Seating provided with an oak finish corner bench unit, chairs and table. Door to parking area. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with a bathroom.

Bedroom one has wooden beams, a 4ft 6in double bed, double wardrobe, four draw chest with mirror and two bed side units and lamps.

Bedroom two is part beamed and has 3x 3ft single beds, double wardrobe, four draw chest, dressing table, stool and a bedside draw unit.

Bedroom three has wooden beams a 3ft single bed and a four draw chest.

Large bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin with shaver light.

Central heating and electricity are included.

Whether you want sandy beaches, country or coastal walks, to explore glorious formal gardens or picturesque fishing villages, Helston and the Lizard Peninsula can provide it. Or just pop round the corner to Falmouth and the Roseland Peninsula.

The region is rich in history. Tales of Smugglers, Wreckers and Tin Miners abound. Did you know the very first Transatlantic Wireless broadcast was made from Pohldu cove 1 1/2 miles away.

Cornwall is justifiably famous for its gardens and quite a number of these are within easy reach from Nanplough Farm. Trevarno, Trebah Trelissick and Helighan to mention just four, and don’t forget Loe Pool and Penrose where you can combine a spot of bird watching with your picnic lunch in the garden or by the heated pool [in season] . Even fly to the Scilly's from Penzance 12 miles away.

If you would like a change from the historical and the gardens remind you the grass needs cutting at home, then head for one of the quiet coves along the Lizard Peninsula and have a relaxing day on the beach.

Or how about taking a look at some of the outstandingly beautiful villages, such as Cadgwith, or Coverack, be sure to take in Carrick Roads, Mounts Bay and maybe one of Henry VIII’s castles. We would be happy to provide you with a suggested itinerary.

Kiddies (and young at heart adults) looking for some action? Almost on the doorstep you’ll find Flambards Theme Park. Or how about braving the Tinners world with a trip down Poldark Mine.

For wild life enthusiasts and conservationists Gweek Seal Sanctuary is a must.
