The cottage is self-catering, complete with kitchen, private bathroom, large living area with T V .Private entrance and entrance to the garden.Laundry and internet facilities are also available. Secluded in the bush setting it is both private and peaceful. A beautiful swimming stream is on our doorstep and kayaks are available. Trout are there for the keen fishman. Walking on the surrounding farm land offer wonderful views of the valley. The Dept. of Conservation Visitors Centre is 5 minutes away.We grow our own vegetables and fruit , and have free range eggs,which are included in the breakfast were possible.

Local Area Information

An ideal base to explore the Coromandel Peninsular with its magnificent scenery and beautiful white sand beaches. The town of Thames is 10 minutes away and has great craft shops and local museums. The golf course is one of the best in the region.The local market day on a Saturday morning is a must visit.
