We have a three bedroom townhome available year round for family holidays. The home is in a premium position so the patio and splash pool are not overlooked by other homes and it gets good light at all times of year.

The home has three bedrooms, two queen beds and a twin room. It also has a sofa bed to sleep two extra people if necessary. All three bedrooms have ensuite bath/shower rooms. It is fabulously furnished as you can see from our website www.casa-rica.com Townhomes are perfect for smaller families.

You will probably not need pool heating from May until October, however you can decide at any time for an extra charge of $10.00 per day.

Windsor Hills is an exclusive resort situated in the very heart of Kissimmee, Orlando. Its fantastic location is just one of its great features. It is only a few miles from Disney World and is very close to Orlando's other main attractions, such as Universal Studios and the sights of International Drive.

The olympic-size swimming pool and children's water park with slides will be the focal point of the resort. The fitness room has state-of-the-art equipment and the games room will be equipped with pool tables and video games.

The community clubhouse will also have a small movie theater and a shop for food, newspapers and other essentials.
