The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool and has a south facing balcony with table and chairs/sun lounger.If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the apartment having external lighting. This apartment is part of a new development in an up and coming area.

The apartment is situated at the end of the row of apartments on the first floor of a three storey block, access is by steps. The complex has a communal swimming pool.

Lounge - The lounge has air conditioning and is furnished with a sofa-bed, dining table for 4, sideboard unit and stereo with unit and storage drawer. The TV provides approximately 40 English television and radio channels. There is also a DVD player and the stereo plays CD's, tapes and FM radio. There is a selection of family games.

Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including fridge freezer, fan assisted oven, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all required glass-wear and crockery.

Utility area - The kitchen leads to a utility room consisting of a washing machine, laundry basket and clothes airer.

Bedroom one - The main bedroom has a double bed and 2 bedside cabinets, laundry basket and clock radio. The large fitted wardrobes contain hangers, storage bags and a combination safe bolted to the floor.

Bedroom two - The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a pine set of drawers, laundry basket and a bedside lamp. The fitted wardrobes contain storage bags and hangers.

Bathroom - The bathroom is fully tiled with a toilet, bidet and shower. There is a large mirror above the sink with lighting and towel rails.

Balcony - The balcony has a patio table with 2 chairs and a padded sun lounger with headrest.

This is a new apartment and now has further loungers, patio chairs ,an iron board and iron and further soft furnishings.

There are two communal pools for your convenience.

Within walking distance from the apartment are 2 supermarkets (Consum and MaxCoop) and the Via Park 3 complex with a variety of English restaurants and bars, as well as a Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant and a British supermarket. There is a similar complex in nearby Playa Flamenca boasting fine cuisine and various bars.

Golf courses are approximately 10-15 minutes drive. There are 4 courses; Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor and La Finca (at Algorfa).

There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the apartment;
Punta Prima (approx 25 minute walk), La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras. La Zenia is recommended as there is also a public swimming pool at the adjacent Hotel which is ideal if the kids get fed up of the beach. There is a cafe/bar both on the beach and by the pool there.

The town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive. Torrevieja is the fastest growing area in Spain and although promoted by the tourist office as a tourist centre, it is still predominantly a residential town made up of villas and apartments with very few hotels which tends to keep out the disadvantages of mass package tour tourism.

Torrevieja open-air market, which is held on Friday, is said to be the biggest in Spain and after you have walked around it you will believe it! In fact there is a market every day in the surrounding areas below.
