This frontline two bedroom apartment is placed within the Oasis Club apartment building, which in turn is situated directly on Penoncillo Playa. Just five minutes drive from Nerja and a short walk into Torrox Costa.
The lounge/diner offers a large wooden dining table and chairs for up to six people, large sofa, T.V with free to air U.K television programmes, radio/c.d player, wooden coffee table and side unit. The large patio doors take you onto a good sized terrace with a table, four chairs and unobstructed beach and sea views.
The kitchen is well equipped and offers all that is required for a self catering holiday, along with a dishwasher to save on those unwanted chores.
There is a small utility room off of the kitchen, which plays host to the washing machine and ironing equipment.
There are two bedrooms. The master offers a double bed with side table and lamps, chest of drawers and fully fitted wardrobes. There is an en-suite shower room. With shower, wash hand basin, w.c and bidet.
The second bedroom offers twin beds, side table, lamp and fully fitted wardrobes.
There is a family bathroom which has a bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin, w.c and bidet.
A communal lift will take you up to the large roof terrace where you can enjoy all day sunshine and a dip in the communal pool.

There are many activities available on the Costa del Sol to keep you busy during your holiday here in the Nerja / Torrox Costa area.
The beaches of Nerja offer many water sports to help you enjoy your time at the beach, while there are many excellent golf courses all within a short driving distance from the apartment.
If you're looking for a golfing holiday, the Costa del Sol is the perfect place to enjoy your game.
A water park is available at Torre del Mar or Almunecar. White villages within the mountains offer good walking opportunities or relaxing and taking in the local foods, wines and traditions.
