The house was built in 1870, and it has been totally restored. It has got a big garden and it is surrounded by pine woods and growing fields. The upper bedrooms have got a magnificent view. The house is in the town of Castellví de la Marca, 8 km. away from Vilafranca del Penedès. It is decorated with nice local pottery and forge items. There is an 8 m swimming pool, a barbecue and outdoor furniture in the garden.
The lodging is divided into two floors. On the ground floor there is a hall, a dining room, a full equipped restored kitchen with a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave and a washing machine; a big living room with a TV and a VCR, a double room with a queen size bed and a bathroom suitable for disabled people. On the first floor there are three double rooms with a queen size bed, a double room with twin beds and a bathroom with a jacuzzi. Central heating.
The house is settled in a very quiet place so that you can just enjoy yourself going for a walk or riding a bicycle or a horse.

Local Area InformationThe nearest town is 1 km away from the house. Due to its location it is highly recommended to visit the Natural Park of El Garraf. You can also head some trips to Sitges or Vilanova i la Geltrú. There is an XIth century castle in the town of Marmellar, and it has got a beautiful view over the town of Castellví. You can be in Barcelona or Tarragona in less than one hour by car. Don't forget to join the wine and cava routes.
