Inside the villa there are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge, dining area, kitchen, utility room, double garage and 30ft heated pool. It is located in a safe residential area twenty minutes drive from Orlando airport and Disney.
The kitchen has everything you will need including telephone, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave oven and dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble drier. The lounge is provided with a cable high definition (HDTV) television, video recorder, DVD, Sony Playstation and stereo system. The master bedroom has a cable TV and telephone.
The entire property is air-conditioned and tastefully furnished throughout and can comfortably house six people.
The pool is located at the rear of the villa with a patio and looks across a beautiful lake and wildlife reserve.
Everything you need for your holiday including a barbecue, cooler box, high chair and even binoculars for watching the wildlife is supplied.

You are close to the main holiday attractions and golf clubs. A nearby supermarket sells everything you may need during your holiday. Down-town Kissimmee backs onto Lake Tohopekaliga where you can enjoy water sports and fishing. There is also a shopping area, an Amtrak railway, small airport and an island nature reserve. Further north is Highway 192, lined on either side with restaurants, bars, shopping plazas and hotels. At the eastern end you are only twenty minutes of Disney and close to Gatorland. Further west you pass bungy jumping, Fun ?n? Wheels, adventure golf, airboat rides, Water Mania and helicopter rides. After this come show venues, such as Arabian Nights, and the gateway to Disney Theme Park.
