The house faces a lovely park with well established palm trees and enjoys plenty of sunshine thanks to its south-facing position. The garden and pool area can be accessed directly through the back patio, which also has a utility room with washing machine and basin, or via the gated alley.

The house is situated in a quiet residential area on the border between Costa Blanca and Cost Cálida. It is within walking distance of the local health spa and lovely bars and restaurants. There is a supermarket 400 yds away and plenty of shopping and sports facilities within 6 miles.
The area is very popular with Spanish holiday makers, many of whom have their own holiday homes there. This is hardly surprising, as it enjoys the benefits of a special micro climate and a tasty and varied cuisine at very affordable prices. This part of the Costas is also attractive to Spaniards and foreign turists alike becuse of strict building regulations that restrict the higt of buildings to 3 storeys. Other local attractions include salt water lakes, where flamingos can be seen, and therapeutic mud bathing in the nearby town of El Mojón.
