The villa is on a beautiful new luxury complex located 2km from the nearest beach and restaurants of Playa Blanca and 3km from the main shopping area and harbour of the village. There is a hotel (Paradise Island) 5 minutes walk away which has nightly entertainment, there is also a supermarket situated next to the hotel and just across the road is a taxi rank.

The complex has three large pool areas all with their own separate children's pool, around which there are adequate sunbeds.

The villa is fully equipped with oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron, ironing board and safe.

The open plan living/kitchen area has two leather settees, television, video and stereo and a dining table seating four with double french doors leading out to the terrace.

The two bedrooms (one king size and one twin) are furnished in a Canarian style with large fitted wardrobes.

The fully tiled bathroom is fitted with a bath with shower over, WC, bidet and two wash basins set in a marble top.

The there are also two solanas (enclosed outside areas) one leading from the kitchen area and the other from the bathroom which houses the washing machine and clothes airer.

To the outside of the property there is a private driveway leading to the front door. To the rear of the property there is a sunny terrace and fully enclosed garden area which has four sun loungers, table with six chairs, parasol and a barbeque. The large pool area can be seen from the garden.

Local Area Information

The villa is 2km from Playa Flamingo beach which is ideal for children. At this beach there are a number of restaurants, supermarkets and cash machines. There are also two other beaches in Playa Blanca, one which is in the very centre and Playa Dorada which is a large beach with watersport facilities.

There are numerous restaurants, bars and shops located along the promenade and the foot streets of the village.

You can catch the ferry to Fuerteventura from the harbour in the centre of Playa Blanca and the famous beaches of Papagayo are just a 5 minute drive.

There is so much to do in Lanzarote and nothing is very far away - Timanfaya National Park, Jameos del Agua, Jardin de Cactus, Mirador del Rio, El Golfo, Guinate Tropical Park, Cesar Manrique Foundation to name but a few. The capital of Arrecife where the airport is located is approximately 25 minutes drive away.
