Our villa is beautifully furnished, very spacious and sleeps up to 8 - 10 guests in comfort. It comprises two master bedroom suites which both have direct access onto the pool area. Master One is fitted with a king size bed, Master Two with a queen. Both bedrooms have direct access to the pool area via sliding doors. There are also two twin bedrooms which share a family bathroom.

There is a great room/lounge which has direct access to the pool via patio doors. It has great views over the pool area and is equipped with cable TV, DVD/VCR player and a great selection of DVD’s and books. The second lounge also has access to the pool and has a Queen size sofabed plus chest containing a selection of games. There is also a fully equipped open plan kitchen with all modern appliances including oven, microwave fridge/freezer, ice maker, blender, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, saucepans, frying pan and more. Adjacent to the kitchen is a breakfast nook which seats 4 guests and overlooks the pool. Other rooms include a dining room, a separate laundry room filled with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Extras provided in the villa include cable TV in both master bedrooms and the great room, a boom box, games, a good selection of books, DVD’s and CD’s, a cot and highchair for the little ones, plus all linen and towels.

The villa is fully air conditioned throughout and fans are also provided inside and out, by the pool.

Outside, there are two large covered lanai areas to help you shade from the sun. Our south facing position means you will get sunshine all day long. The pool is 26’ x 13’ and there is a separate spa, both of which have underwater lighting and can be heated, if desired. There are plenty of tables, chairs and loungers outside to help you relax.

We have planted shrubs around the pool area to provide extra privacy. However, the plots on Tuscan Ridge are more generous than other communities and neighbours are located some distance away.

Our management company are based locally and can be contacted if required during your stay.

Local Area Information

Tuscan Ridge is a beautiful community with a mix of residential and rental owners. Located off the US27, it is conveniently near to the I4 junction, allowing you a quick and easy route to Disney (in 15 minutes) and other locations. Within 5 minutes drive are two top golf courses – including Champsiongate and Highlands Reserve. There are two Publix supermarkets within 5 minutes drive, along with a handful of shops and restaurants including our favourite, Cracker Barrell. Walmart is within 10 mins drive and is open 24 hours a day. It is also within easy distance of the 192 which has a large selection of shops and restaurants.

Stay at Tuscan Ridge and enjoy visiting the new Clubhouse which is equipped with gym equipment. There is also a new children’s play area.
