On a more practical note: all bedding, kitchen linen, hand and bath towels & beach towels are provided and these are changed for you weekly.

A complimentary welcome pack of essential groceries is also provided with our best wishes (OK - some are a bit non-essential like a very nice bottle of local vino tinto!)

The American style kitchen has a microwave oven, hob, kettle, toaster, fridge, washing machine, iron & ironing board.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over.

There is an elevator and/or stairs to your third floor apartment.

Local Area Information

There are two supermarkets nearby, one English owned & one Spanish owned where fresh bread and bread items are baked on the premises daily and bodega wine is sold by the litre - particularly recommended is the Jumilla when it's available!

Local Bars and Restaurants

Almost too many choices and that's just in the immediate area! Particularly recommended is Pizzeria Bar MonteCarlo, run by Izzy & Louisa (she speaks excellent English). Meals are also available for takeaway ('para llevar') & the pizzas are delicious! There is also a Games Room with 2 pool tables and some frightening looking games machines!

Restaurante Christophe, also situated by the pool area, serves an international menu & a traditional English Sunday lunch - wise to book in advance for this charming restaurant and Cafe Bavaria serves cocktails to start your evening off & breakfasts for the morning after!

And Tilley's Village Inn serves traditional British dishes & provides entertainment along the lines of bingo, karaoke & quizzes.

One to definitely visit is Casa Paco with its beautiful outdoor area of seating overlooking the sea. They serve a very good 'Menu del Dia' during the day (three courses plus a drink plus bread) at a real value for money price. They also serve a mean hamburger amongst the more traditional Spanish dishes like 'conejo con ajo' or rabbit cooked with garlic.
