One bedroom apartment on two floors, sleeps up to 4 people. Situated on a complex which is partially residential therefore housing both Spanish families, and holiday makers alike. It is minutes away from the resort centre of Caleta de Fuste (El Castillo). There is a large swimming pool, and children's pool. A 24 hour supermarket is situated over the road, as well as restaurants and banks. Within minutes you are in the centre of the resort, with a multitude of bars and restaurants. Fuerteventura's first golf course is close by,together with a shopping centre, cinema and bowling alley. The beach shelves gently into the sea making it safe for young children. The ground floor has a small garden and patio leading into the living room with sofa bed. There is a cloakroom with WC. Newly fitted kitchen area, and door leading to rear small garden with new washing machine. Bathroom with bath and shower over, sink and WC. Ceiling fans fitted both upstairs and downstairs, plus one table fan.One bedroom apartment on two floors, sleeps up to 4 people. Towels and linen are included. The propery is cleaned once a week and the towels and bed linen are also changed at this time. Towels will also be changed midweek. Please bring your own beach towels.Newly fitted kitchen with fridge, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron, ironing board and washing machine.
This is a fairly quiet complex, which is occupied mainly by residents and used as holiday/week-end homes for Spanish families. It may not be suitable for those wanting lots of entertainment on the complex, but a pool bar has recently opened serving light meals. However, there are plenty of bars and restaurants for those who want to be entertained just around the corner in the town, and enjoy something less demanding when they return to the apartment. Smoking is NOT permitted in the apartment at any time. However, there is the opportunity to smoke on the terrace, the balcony or the rear courtyard.
