If you are looking for a brand-new 5 bedroom Florida vacation rental home with a secluded, screened private pool with Jacuzzi, then look no further! Our vacation rental home is only minutes from Disney and comfortably accommodates up to 10 people.

The villa is in a quiet location, and has ample parking for cars. It is fully air-conditioned throughout. The kitchen is open plan and is combined with a breakfast bar and nook. It is superbly fitted out with all you will need including electric cooker, toaster, microwave, large fridge freezer, coffee maker, blender, and dishwasher, etc.

All crockery, cutlery, towels and linens are provided, and included in the rental price is a full villa clean after every client, carried out by our management company. There is also a fully equipped laundry room off the kitchen with a separate washer and dryer.

The family room, which is adjacent to the kitchen and dining nook, has 2 large sofas (4 & 3 seater) an armchair and occasional furniture. There is a 32� cable TV, DVD Player, and Video, featuring surround-sound. Visit the local Blockbuster Store and hire the latest DVD or video after a busy day in the theme-parks. There is also a selection of games, DVDs and books. This family area leads onto the heated swimming pool and is tiled.

The seperate dining room has seating for six, and there is a good supply of crockery, glassware, cutlery and cookware for at-home dining.This room also features a sitting area with two settees and offers a quiet room to relax in.
A Desktop PC is provided for guests use.The computer has broadband internet access and is free to use.If you wish you can bring your own laptop and connect to our wireless network!


On both the ground floor and the upper floor, there are master-suites with en-suite bathrooms, both with king-sized beds. There is direct access to the pool from the ground floor master. There are walk-in closets, night-tables, lamps and clock radios. Both rooms have cable TV.
There is a third double room with fitted robes on the upper floor, which also has cable TV.
There are two further bedrooms each with two single beds. Both have a nightstand, reading lamp, built in wardrobes (with plenty of space).
Both twin rooms have Cable TV and a Sony Playstation II with games in each.

There is a third family bathroom, again containing vanity unit, toilet, and shower.

There is also a seperate toilet just off the family room with a door leading to the pool.

Our Games room is fully equipped with a slate-bed 7ft Pool table,Air Hockey, Fussball and Electronic darts.Ideal for keeping the kids entertained on those quiet lazy days away from the parks!


The pool area has a large extended sundeck area complete with quality patio/pool furniture, ideal for breakfasting after a morning swim.The swimming pool has a Jacuzzi hot-tub and waterfall feature, which is covered by a fully enclosed screen. The large sundeck area is ideal for evening meals or just simply relaxing, whilst enjoying a long cool drink! The pool can be heated if the optional pool heating is paid for!

Local Area Information

The Villa is situated in the lovely Resort community of Glenbrook. It is in a peaceful location and yet has the advantage of being located on Hwy. 27, which is close to the 192 with all its restaurants and facilities; Disney is only a 10-minute drive away, and great on-site facilities.

Easy access to both the I-4 and the US 192 enable you to reach all the tourist attractions the area has to offer, yet within 75 miles of the Gulf Coast and its beautiful beaches and 65 miles of Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast.
The villa is conveniently close to the other attractions, golf courses, good restaurants, stores and other amenities that the area has to offer. It is a no-smoking villa which can accommodate up to ten guests. There is a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and pizza store near the community, with bank, post office, hairdressers, and take-away food outlets nearby.
Freely enjoy all that this resort has to. There is a clubhouse, with pool table and a fitness suite, media room with internet access, communal swimming pool with sun deck, tennis court,beach style volleyball and play area. All these facilities are for complimentary use by visitors
