comfortable seating for six in front of the large bay windows leading to the lounge area with 2 comfortable leather sofas, coffee table, storage unit with UK tv installed, dvd player and cd stereo unit. Air conditioned, the room is a great place to unwind after a hard day soaking up the sun!

The separate fully fitted kitchen is modern in design and includes everything you will need for a comfortable stay including large fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron and board, along with all necessary crockery and utensils.

The family bathroom is on the ground floor of the villa. Fully tiled and comprising bath with overbath shower, wc, and vanity basin.

The two twin bedrooms are also on the ground floor, making it an ideal villa for those with mobility problems. Both rooms comprise twin beds, fitted robes, bedside table and lamp, ceiling fan and are also air conditioned.

Going down the stairs to the lower ground floor, we come to the private double bedroom complete with it's own
seating area. Ideal for the teenagers, grandparents or indeed anyone who "wants to be alone" the large room comprises comfortable double bed, bedside tables and lamps, ceiling fan, storage unit, leather sofa and coffee table. The room is air conditioned for your comfort.

Moving up to the first floor of the property, the entire floor is dedicated to the Master Suite. Relax in the luxury of the double bedroom, ensuite full bathroom, dressing room and private sun terrace.
The Master Suite comprises; comfortable double bed, bedside tables and lamps, ceiling fan and air conditioning. the dressing room features full length mirrored robes and the ensuite bathroom comprises bath with overbath shower, wc, bidet and vanity basin. Patio Doors lead from the Master suite to the private sun terrace furnished with sun loungers, patio table and chairs.

The community pool is right at the rear of the villa and can be seen in full view from at least 2 bedrooms in the villa. Surrounded by grassed sunbathing areas, the pool is a lovley place to relax and enjoy the crystal clear water.

Just 30 minutes drive south of Alicante airport or 45minutes north of Murcia (San Javier) airport.


The Area

El Raso is a brand new Urbanisation as of June 2005. Set amongst orange and lemon groves, in the midst of Guardamar countryside, the location is ideal for a relaxing break whilst being just a short drive from all amenities.

The local Sunday market is just a 3 minute drive and is a great place to practice your haggling skills for that new leather handbag, designer sunglasses, leather shoes or hand crafted carpet! The market sells everything from clothes and shoes for all the family to curtains and bedding to pickled olives and most things in between. Cafes and snack bars abound so when your feet tire of walking round the stalls, the family can catch up with you over a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice!

The town centre and glorious blue flag beaches of Guardamar are just a 10 minute drive. In the town you will find all amenities such as supermarkets, banks, shops, restaurants, bars and a small funfair. With a really Spanish feel, Guardamar is popular with families and has a lovely relaxed atmosphere as you stroll around the little streets and main road.

During the summer months there is a delightful evening craft market lining the streets.

Guardamar Beach is very long, wide and full of lovely golden sand. Water sports are popular here. Surf, relax in the sun or explore the dunes - the choice is yours.
The cosmopolitan resort town of Torrevieja is just a 15 minute drive south where you will find a multitude of markets, shopping areas, restaurants and bars galore and yes, more beaches!

If all this was not enough, there are also 5 championship golf courses within a 30 minute drive of El raso. The prestigious La Finca is just 15 minutes away.
