Ave.
Local Area InformationPlaya del Carmen is in the Riviera Maya, near most ruins, like Tulum and Coba and also to the echoarcheological Park Xcaret, or the Natural Acquarium Xel-Ha. The condo is just 10 min. away from the ferry duck to Cozumel Island, the best place to snorkel!
You have everything in and near Playa: fancy and not so fancy restaurantes, shops, golf courses, ruins, parks, hotels, and the most beautiful beaches of astonishing turquoise waters!

| The 50% reservation deposit can be made to my checking account in any Citibank with no charge at all, or as a wire transfer from bank to bank, where you will be charge approx. $25.- to $30.-us and they will deduct another $10.-from my account, which is not bad at all, compared to what they'd charge if you made it to my account in Cancun ! The balance, as well as the security deposit ($300.-)can be paid upon arrival. (CASH please!)
There is a cancellation fee of $110 US dollars. If cancelling within 60 days of stay, the fee will be 25% of total rent and if cancelling within 45 days, you will lose 50%. If the unit is re-booked, it will be credited toward your next vacation with me, otherwise it will be non-refundable. |
