Available soon! Our brand new 5 bed/4 bath villa with beautiful views over conservation area and therefore not overlooked from the rear of the property. The villa is on the fairly new gated community of Sunset Ridge close to the I-4 and US27 intersection. It is about 10 - 15 minutes from Disney and convenient for all the other attractions. There is a 12' x 30' pool with heating available as an option. Sleeps 10 - 12 people (the last 2 on a sofa bed) 7 TV's, a DVD/VCR system and 1 of the TV's has a game system (X-box or playstation 2). There are plenty of restaurants close by and a huge, new Wal-Mart and golf course is about 7 minutes away.
The villa is fully airconditioned throughout. 2 'King' bedrooms with en-suites (large shower) and walk-in closets. 1 'Queen' bedroom, with closet and a bathroom next door which has a shower over the bath. 2 'Twin' bedrooms with single beds and closets. These bedrooms share a bathroom. Laundry machines in the double garage. Lounge area opening onto covered Lanai. Snug area with TV/game system and sleeper sofa. All linen and towels provided including swimming towels (for use with the villa pool) The name of the villa 'Hakuna Matata' means no worries and we are sure you will have none should you choose to stay at our villa. It should be ready from September 2005 onwards but please check! All details given believed to be correct but is impossible to be accurate until it is actually on the market.
Local Area InformationPlenty of restaurants and Gas Stations nearby, not far in either direction from Supermarkets and also a golf course going south.
