The house is divided into a first floor and ground floor apartment. The apartments are completely self contained and have their own entrances. Both of the apartments are furnished in a comfortable Spanish style and each has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Both apartments have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. There is a bathroom in each apartment.

The terraced house has a large, private swimming pool which is situated in the walled patio area to the rear of the ground floor apartment. The pool is accessed by Roman steps and is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace. Patio furniture and a BBQ are provided to make the most of the Lanzarote climate. The first floor apartment has a long balcony to the front of the property and a terrace to the rear which overlooks the swimming pool.

Local Area Information

The house is in the heart of a residential area of the sleepy fishing village of Caleta de Famara. The beautiful Playa Famara beach is only a two minute walk away, as is a small selection of local shops, bars and restaurants.

The sleepy fishing village of La Caleta de Famara is located at the southern end of the Playa Famara. It has been a favourite base for surfers from all over the world for many years. It has a good vibe, laidback atmosphere and various tapas bars, restaurants, supermarkets and surf shops. It's a far cry away from mass toursim and will appeal to those who wish to kick back and enjoy the Canarian pace of life.
