This property is very similar to the first floor apartment except that both the kitchen and living room lead out to a charming patio area and gardens, which is furnished with wooden furniture, and barbecue.

The first floor apartment is directly above the ground floor apartment and therefore, they are ideal for two families holidaying together, as well as being a few metres from the apartments in our sister complex ALQUERIA SOL.

Local Area Information

Denia is the gateway to the unspoilt Cote d'azur, with small inland towns nestled within majestic mountain ranges for you to explore, the scenery is absolutley stunning. Denia itself has more fiesta's than any other Spanish town and the not to be missed ones, include LAS FALLAS (March), SANTISSMA SONG (Running of the bulls first two weeks of July) and Moors & Christians (August).

Denia is well known for the quality of it's restaurants with over 100 to choose from. It also has over 10km of blue flag golden sandy beaches from which to choose from and even in the peak of summer, there is always plenty of space.
