Property Description

Run by lekkas family the property is a simple, clean, with all the basics complex of three studios one 2bed apt and one 3bed apt.
We have people visiting us for the last 20 years again and again, licensed and inspected from the National Organization of Tourism of Greece.
Cleaned six times a week, linen-towel changed every four days.
Every apt has its own kitchen(hob- freeze -diner table) and bathroom/showerroom.
All apts have their own terace or balcony.
We dont have TV, phone at the room etc. so we have kept really low prices.

Local Area Information

Kassiopi has always been a holiday resort even at the Roman times.
Nero had a villa here and had sung for Zeus at the port of the village.
An old church(over 1000 years old) is built on the ruins of Zeus temble facing the ruins of the Venetian Castle.
Taxi, bus, rent-car or boat can give you a tour arround the island on every day trips or you can have long walks in the oiltree forest that surrounds the village.Alternative is a horse riding round Avlaki beach.
Beaches of every type (stones,sand,rocks) are in minutes distance where you can snorkel,wind-surf, sail or do nothing but lay under the sun.If you feel like it you can dive with the local diving school.
All types of restaurants (italian,chinese,mexican,greek), quiet or loud music bars, pools, lottery shops, car or boat hire, super markets, greek nights out, discos or even real estates are with in reach.
