The town offers a wide range fo cultural events including a big choice of famous art-galleries, international music festival (July, August), shops, handcrafts, excellent restaurants and tapas bars.

50 % of the total amount on booking, 40 % six weeks prior arrival, balance on arrival together with a breakage-/key-deposit of GBP 350,-- (= Euro 500,--), which is paid back in total on departure in case of no damage or lost.
Rental is from Saturday 3.00 pm to Saturday 10.00 am.
Mininum rental is 1 week.
Cleaning is once a week on Saturday with change of linen and towels.
Extra cleaning can be arranged and paid for locally. |
