Quorn Lodge caravan park is a Certificated Location (5CL) for caravan club members only offering line-side pitches along side the Great Central Steam Railway, the only preserved double track main line in the UK.
One of our fields, bordering the Great Central Steam Railway, is a Certificated Location for Caravan Club members, which is available all year round. Caravan rally organisers are also welcome to contact us to discuss details. The caravan site is set in 31 acres, where excellent views of main line steam trains can be seen.
Come and try our site, we offer a very warm welcome and friendly atmosphere guaranteed. Take a walk around the land and view the wildlife. See the passing steam trains on the only preserved double track main line in the UK. Photograph the trains from excellent vantage points along our boundary.
Visit Charnwood Waters which is only a 5 minute walk away where fishing is permitted or walk down to the nearby canal.
We are also conveniently situated as an ideal base for touring England, or visiting Donnington Park, Prestwold Hall, National Space Centre, Sherwood Forest, Bosworth Battlefield Visitor Centre, Belvoir Castle,
Shackerstone Steam Railway and Rutland Water etc.
