This is a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment, air conditioned, it has a large balcony with a built in BBQ which overlooks the sea and the port of Addaya......... It has a private swimming pool set in beautiful and well maintained gardens...... It has nearby restaurants, small supermarket, tennis courts, the port is a short walk away and there are 2 bars there...... The nearest beach is at Arenal d´en Castell which is a 5 minute drive away........ Son Parc is 5 miles away and there is a Golf course there......... Rental periods ..... For an extra person please add 50 Pounds per person per week..... Notes on prices - Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and include air-conditioning remote controls....... Prices on asking for long winter lets....... Changeover day - Can be flexible depending on incoming/outgoing flights, but normally we would require the apartment to be vacated by 9-30am on departure day...... We can also arrange for food parcels to be at the apartment for incoming late night flights (price on request)....... Accommodation - Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and a built in safe..... Bedroom 2 has bunk beds and a single bed, fitted wardrobe, air conditioning (there is also a bed-settee in the lounge)....... Bathrooms: Bath room has a shower, WC, hand basin and shaver power points....... Kitchen: Fully furnished Kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich toaster, kettles........ Utility Room: Washing Machine, ironing board, hairdryer, iron, fishing rods. ....... Living Rooms: Lounge/dining room, sofa bed (double), TV, DVD, table and 6 chairs, CD/Radio/Cassette player, coffee table, lots of books and games....... Other: Large balcony with built in BBQ, table & 8 chairs, coffee table, clothes dryer, 3 large reclining loungers, parasol. ......... Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: All towels and bed linen are included, the maid/cleaning service is weekly...... (unless you wish cleaning more frequently) .... Notes on accommodation - The accommodation is ideal for a family, it has air conditioning / heating.... It is fully self contained and close to a small supermarket (which has a bakery)...... 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with bunkbeds and a single bed, bed settee in the lounge. ..... Cots & high chairs can be hired & delivered.... There is also a built in safe..... Large patio with table & chairs, clothes dryer, reclining chairs, parasols...... Amenities/Facilities provided - hob, oven ,fridge/freezer, microwave , washing machine, iron/ironing board ,tv ,central heating , air conditioning ,barbecue ,shared pool ...... Outside - There are beautiful gardens and a private pool (for guests and residents only) with a shallow end for small children and 2 metres at the deep end. ---The reclining chairs from the balcony can be taken to the pool which is approx 20 metres from the apartment and left there for the duration of your stay........ Coast/Beach - The nearest beach is Arenal which is a five minute drive, within 15 minutes you can access 4 more beaches.......... Golf - There is a Golf course at Son Parc which is @ 5 miles away......... Clubs and equipment can be hired from the professional, there is also a driving range...... Travel - The apartment is a 20 minute drive from the airport (Mahon). .........Taxis available form the airport,We recommend hiring a car to explore the wonderful sights on the Island as well as the Port of Mahon which has hundreds of restuarants, open markets, a shopping centre and where you can charter boats to sail around the Island or go fishing........ At the Port d´ Addaia is a diving centre where trips can be arranged....... Distances - Mahon is aprox 15 miles, Arenal Beach @ 3 miles, Son Parc @ 5 miles, you can probably travel from one side of the Island to the other in @ 1.5 hours...... Further details - There are 2 restaurants, supermarket / bakery, 2 bars,Tennis courts, gift shop within a few hundred yards...... Cash-point machines / banks in the major towns as well as at the airport exit lounge.We use an English car hire company on the island and can arrange for hire cars to be brought to the airport..The apartment is managed by an English company on the Island who have a 24 call out service should any problems arise.......
