The house is a beautiful and very comfortable white stone Maison de Maitre in spacious grounds with wonderful views over the rolling countryside It is ideal for families secluded and very rural but just minutes from the 13thcentury village of Castelnau de Montmiral officially one the loveliest villages in France There is lots to do in the area and the house has a large modern swimming pool The house is large and spacious and very comfortable It sleeps upto ten all on one level with a separate dining room and a spacious wellequipped kitchen area There is a balcony at the front of the house which catches the sun all day it is ideal for eating and relaxing with those dramatic woodland views Below there is a splendid terrace for eating alfresco ten people can sit at the large table there is a barbecue and a parasol The fenced 20 x 7 metre saltwater swimming pool has its own little lawn and decking plenty of room to relax and panoramic views over the surrounding countryside There is also a delightful large back garden ideal for badminton or football or as somewhere to escape to with a good book The four large bedrooms at La Peyrolie can sleep up to ten people comfortable Bedroom one is a very large family room with a super kingsize bed and two singles Bedrooms two and three are double rooms one with French windows overlooking the pool and bedroom four is a twin room The kitchenlounge is a large openplan space with a large open fireplace The kitchen has an oven and hob microwave American fridge freezer and dishwasher The lounge has comfortable sofas satellite TV stereo and DVD player as well as a library of books and DVDs Adjoining the kitchen is a comfortable family dining room which has a large hand made dining table and seats up to ten people

This a busy area with lots to do throughout the summer The local people in the Tarn are very friendly and will be delighted to have you take part in the many festivals and events that take place throughout the summer Throughout the summer there are many activities in and around the surrounding towns and villages including jazz festivals classical music and local bands and of course many lively markets
