The Villa is a luxury self catering holiday villa situated in the picturesque fishing village of Ciftlikkoy overlooking the Aegean Sea on Turkeys west coast Only a few steps away from the beaches and restaurants the Villa provides the ideal base to relax and experience the real Turkey with the comforts of home The Accomodation Kitchen The kitchen is well equipped with oven hob fridgefreezer dishwasher electric kettle 4 slice toaster 12 place dinner setting and most of the things youd expect to find in your own home The open plan lounge and dining room is comfortably furnished for your relaxation To entertain you there is a television DVD Satellite TV a selection of books games and movies to suit all ages and a stereo with CD tape cassette and radio so that you can play your favourite tunes to get you in the holiday mood Three Bedrooms Comfortable clean beds with quality mattresses and crisp white cotton sheets to ensure a good nights rest And for when the temperature rises all the bedrooms are cooled by a 3 speed fan and have heavy net curtain and shutters should you wish to block out the sun Doors from the lounge lead out to the covered terrace where garden furniture is placed for your enjoyment of the Turkish climate There is a large roof terrace with wonderful sea views to enjoy whilst sunbathing The balcony off the main bedroom is perfect for breakfasting or a quiet evening drink The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total 1 double 2 twin This gives room for up to 6 people Bed linen and towels are provided for your use The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your partys use This is a nonsmoking villa
