A lovely 1st floor 2 bedroom apartment set in whitewashed lowrise Spanish style Pueblo Light and airy with exceptionally high ceilings and large southerly facing balcony with great sea views and sun all day long The owners try to holiday here once or twice a year hence it is beautifully furnished and very well equipped The lounge has two comfortable 2seater sofas and is openplan to the dining area which opens out onto the balcony The balcony also has patio table and seating for 4 There are 2 large bedrooms 1 double and one twin both with large builtin wardrobes and good drawer space There is one showertoilet room The kitchen is fully quipped and has a gaselectric hob microwavecombi cooker toaster kettle fridge and fullsize freezer The lounge has a large colour TV with satellite programmes and DVD player and a small selection of films There is also a radiocassette player A hairdrier is provided There are several electric fans for the summer and more than adequate electric and gas fires for winter lets Bed linen is provided sheets and throws in summer quilts and covers in winter Towels provided 1 bath and 1 handtowel per person pool and beach towels are not supplied
More InformationAbout Weather/Climate/TemperatureThe mild climate makes this an ideal place to visit even in winter. It's not unusual to get sun-burnt even in November or February - but the evenings are cooler, and you will need to pull on a jersey come sun-down.
Local Area InformationThe convenient situation of the apartment means that car hire is not essential Within 5 minutes walk to the right there is a wellstocked Mini Market and a number of small bars and restaurants including British Chinese and Italian To the left there is also a selection of cafes and bars including an Internet Cafe All conveniently close with the benefit of being out of sight and out of earshot The complex is small and friendly all typically spanish the whitewashed buildings nestling in a small culdesac with pretty gardens and two well sized communal pools The pools are set in pretty secluded gardens and the large shallow pool is ideal for young children For beach lovers a 5 minute walk will take you to the golden sands of La Cala where you can chill in one of the beach bars have fun with the watersports or just lounge A 10 miniute walk will take you into the town of La Cala which has all the usual amenities shops banks supermarket etc and heaps of character There is a good choice of restaurants bars and cafes and the square is a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by A short bus ride will take you to Fuengirolla Marbella or up into Mijas Village
