The apartment is very clean and modern It has air conditioning a modern fitted allelectric kitchen with wmachine dishwasher fridgefreezer microwave toaster kettle etc etc there is a separate utility room New furniture consisting of 3 x sofas one converting to a double bed a 6 x seating dining room suite coffee table lamp tables etc TVs with sky digital in all rooms Video player cd etc etc all very homely and comfortable Two x double bedrooms one ensuite both with two single divans which can be zipped linked to make a luxurious 6ft Emperor bed These were imported from England to ensure a comfortable night Both bedrooms also have ceiling fans as an alternative to airconditioning if preferred There is a second bathroom also with shower Hair dryer supplied All bed linen and bathroom towels supplied Maid service weekly No beach towels supplied The large double terrace is edged by flower boxes and has ample fixed seating Also a patio table and six chairs along with sunshade and the allimportant sun loungers The views from the terrace are beautiful gardens beach and ocean In fact there are sea and beach views from all windows The apartment is right on the beautiful sandy beach of La Cala bay which stretches for approximately 15kms there are two small beach bars very close to the apartment and some larger beach bars a few minutes walk away on the sand There are plenty of water sports activities with pedal boats canoes windsurfing and ski jets etc Fishing and barbecuing may also be enjoyed from the beach The small complex is formed by 24 apartments set in four buildings around a beautiful pool and tropical gardens leading straight onto the beach It has its own private road which gives direct access to the apartment All apartments are served by lifts

Shops banks supermarkets cafes and restaurants are all close by within an easy 5minute stroll The abundance of good restaurants is extraordinary for a village of this size and they are not expensive There is a popular market on Saturdays which has grown over recent years La Cala is well served by local transport with buses on a halfhour timetable Taxis are reasonably priced The journey from Malaga airport takes approximately 20 minutes by car It is a perfectly placed base for sight seeing to Fuengirola Granada Cordoba Malaga Marbella Puerto Banus Ronda Seville and many more There are a host of attractions in the area too numerous to mention here but they include Water Parks Theme Parks Bird Sanctuary etc There are many golf courses nearby including La Cala itself with its 2 x 18 hole courses and 9 hole academy for the budding golfers There is another 9hole course under construction just a few minutes walk from the apartment This charming fishing village has retained its authentisism and yet it has been able to embrace the visitors need You will feel most welcome in La Cala and we believe you will want to return to it many times
