Pretty fully equipped two bed cottage with open plan sittingdining room and american kitchen Fully equipped with washing machine fridgefreezer satelitte TV video player CDtape player iron etc All linen and pool and bath towels are provided This cosy cottage is bright and welcoming with everything you could possibly want for your holiday It is situated in one of the prettiest villages in France Villebois Lavalette with its historic covered market place where this is a traditional market every Wednesday and Saturday There is also a beautifully restored chateau and historic church The village has all amenities you can walk from the cottage and in 5 mins you can be buying your croissants for breakfast shopping in the large supermarket eating out under the covered market in the lovely restaurant or just sitting enjoying a charente Pineau from the bar Villebois is conveniently on the Dordogne border and is ideally placed for both Angouleme and Perigueux chateaus restaurants lake beaches canoeing golf fishing cycling using the bikes and maps from the tourist office and just about everything you may want to do in fact there is so much to see you will have to come back again to do it The cottage is ideal for couples for want some peace and quiet but also families with children and we accept well behaved pets It is also perfect for house hunters in autumn winter and spring as these months can be absolutely gorgeous in the Charente and the owners are happy to help with any details or queries during hunting or renovating
