Private and peaceful in beautiful surroundings situated in the Motueka Valley overlooking Kahaurangi National Park. Set by a stream running into the Motueka River just across the road, with excellent swimming and trout fishing. Five other fly fishing trout rivers within 1 hour. Only a few sheep, chickens and ducks to keep you company! No telephone - No Television! This small 2-roomed self contained cabin has gas stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, shower & toilet, and barbecue under covered area. Very comfortable beds, warm duvets, good linen and towels if required.
Also available B & B at main house and/or evening meal by arrangement.
Nelson 45 minutes. Motueka 20 mins. Kaiteriteri 30 mins. Excellent daytrips include 3 National Parks, Nelson Lakes: the golden beaches of Abel Tasman and the Kahaurangi with its excellent mountain bush walks. The marble mountain is only 30 mins away, leading you over Takaka Hill into Golden Bay.
