Our new holiday house , a non-smoking property, offers 67 square meters for maximum 5 guests. It was built on a 1000 m² site , which is completely fenced and situated directly at the edge of a tiny village.
The house has 2 double bedrooms ( beds are 1,80 x 2 m ) , 2 shower-rooms with WC , a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a big open space with a modern fitted kitchen ( electric stove and oven, micro wave, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, many other electric devices, plenty of cooking utensils, china and glasses ) , a dining area with corner bench, table and chairs and a sitting area with sofas , satellite TV, stereo unit and telephone .
Facing South with lovely views of the surrounding forests and meadows, there is a nice, big veranda with roof , barbeque facility and garden furniture . Children find a big lawn with swings and a small play house. For safe parking, there is a private carport.
Cot and high chair can be provided without charge. One well behaved pet by arrangement.

About GolfingIt takes fifteen minutes to reach the nearest golf course, the golf Club des Sarrays at Sainte Fauste. A small and friendly nine-hole course, it is 2,570m, par 72. The other two are both eighteen-hole courses. One is to the south east, within Les Dryades hotel complex in Pouligny Notre Dame (6,120m, par 72) and the other is the Golf du Val de l’Indre at the chateau of Villedieu to the west of Les Canardeaux (6,225m, par 72). These two are about equidistant from the cottage, around a half hour’s drive away.
