| Occupancy for all Seasons is 495 euros per week for the semidetached house Long term renters are welcome With all long term renters a maid is provided once per week to do the household cleaning Additional nights are subject to availability on request and change over day is Monday A 30 deposit must be paid to secure the booking and is non refundable after 6 weeks prior to departure The balance must be paid 3 weeks prior to departure In addition we charge a refundable deposit of 105 or 150 to cover breakables or damage As soon as clearance has been given the deposit will be returned This should be paid with the balance Bookings within the 3 week period ought to be paid in full Payment can be made in Euros or in Sterling by bank transfer Should you wish to cancel 2 weeks prior to your departure the rental rate is non refundable |
