This lovely 4 floor villa has all that you could want, the three living rooms all access the veranda with built-in BBQ and illuminated private pool. The five bedrooms on the upper two floors all have sun terraces, there are ensuite and family bathrooms and all rooms are air-conditioned and have Wi-Fi Internet. There is also a 60 sq metre Gym and Games Room in the basement with weights, a punchbag, cross-trainer, darts, quoits, table tennis, a Nintendo Wii and a surround sound theatre system.

Local Area Information

The bustling port of Fethiye is 17km away and can be reached in the regular Dolmus minibuses, or if you have a hire car it takes 20 minutes on easy roads. Fethiye has lots to offer, with two modern supermarkets and an excellent food market near the harbour, with meat and fish at very low prices. In the harbour area you can walk past the boats or relax in the many bars and tearooms. In the old town there are shops offering quality leather goods, carpets and designer clothes. The town is steeped in history and near the harbour you can see Lycian tombs cut out of the mountainside above the Roman amphitheatre.

Calis Beach is 20 minutes from the villa and has a 5km shingle beach with many bars, restaurants and a water park - you can also get to Fethiye from Calis using the water taxis. Olu Deniz, Hisaronu and the Greek ghost town of Kaya Koy are all a short distance from Fethiye. Olu Deniz is famous for its blue lagoon and sandy beaches and is the main centre for paragliding, you see them gliding off the mountain and landing on the beach. Hisaronu has a lively selection of night clubs, restaurants and tourist shops and nearby Kaya Koy is worth a visit to see a preserved town left after the Troubles. Patara Beach is 1 hour away with a 20km length of unspoilt sandy beach and Lycian tombs and ancient Roman ruins.
