The property faces east where you can watch the sun come up or the abundant widlife passing by. Whales are seen in the waters with in site of the wrap around deck which spans completely around the building.
The Ice house is envirmentally freindly and has all natural building products.
The cottage is heated by cast iron radiation and has fans for additional comfort.
There is a slipway to the ocean which can be used to launch Kayaks or small water craft. If you are hardy , you can even swim from the slipway.
A granite rock beach is located next to the slipway and campfires are safe near the water.
The Ocean is ideal in this location and in the mornings can be calm with a glass like quality.
