Holiday apartments to rent which can sleep from 2 to 13 people in an extremely large apartment house containing 8 self catering apartments located in the middle of a fantastic ski area onsite there is a sauna solarium and rest room for our guests to enjoy The apartments are all self contained and can sleep from 2 to 4 people There is a very large luxury apartment with 4 bedrooms which can sleep up to 13 people The property is located in the middle of the Ski Amad ski area which is a huge ski area made up of many resorts The apartments are close to the main resort ski lifts and when the snow clears they overlook the Radstadt championship golf course The chalet and apartments are very well equipped and very comfortable and have just been redecorated There is a sauna and rest area and sun beds available free of charge to all guests We have wireless broadband on site for our guests to use There is sky tv and a separate dining and cooking area for large parties to eat together if they prefer this to eating in the apartments separately The one bedroom and studio apartments have king size twin beds with pull out twin beds in the living room fully equipped kitchen with electric hob Electric grill fridgefreezer coffee peculator and toaster etc There is a toilet shower room cable TV DVD player wireless internet Leather sofas and a small dinning suite The rear double glazed door leads to a patio area with mountain views The patio has seating and tables in the winter months plus sun beds in summer months The large luxury apartment containing 4 bedrooms has a very large lounge with dinning area new fully equipped very modern kitchen with all necessities including dishwasher It has a large corner sofa and two large dining suites Scandinavian log fire sky TV and DVD player Wireless broadband internet and computer area with 3 computers and large seating area for games etc It has two large balconies overlooking the surrounding mountains with seating and tables in the winter months plus sun beds in summer months

Local Area Information

The Ski Amad ski area is absolutely massive and is suitable for skiers and boarders of all abilities and is especially good for families Ski Amad is a vast undiscovered ski playground and only a short drive from Salzburg airport The collection of five regions is named in honour of the citys most famous son Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart It is skiing on a grand scale a symphony of 860km of piste 270 lifts and 25 resorts All of the areas are massive in their own right Salzburg Sportwelt Grossarltal Schladming Dachstein Tauern Gastein and Hochkonigs Winterreich It is impossible to ski them all on the same holiday but there is nothing to stop you trying The area is served by some of the most modern lifts anywhere state of the art gondolas and sixseater covered chairs Every single slope is on the same lift pass and access is so easy with Radstadt being in the centre of it all There are many budget flights into Salzburg and transfer is only 40 minutes so youll get to spend more time on the slopes The following airlines fly into Salzburg Ryanair from London Stansted Liverpool East Midlands Bristol and Dublin British Airways from London Gatwick and Manchester Flybe from Southampton Exeter and Birmingham Jet2com from Leeds Bradford Thomsonfly from London Gatwick Coventry Manchester and Bournemouth There are many hire car companies at the airport from which to hire a car or if you prefer we do offer a full transfer service to and from the airport as well as to all the local resorts A car is recommended if you wish to visit the different nearby resorts but not essential as we do offer transport to these resorts and there are the free ski buses The local resort of RadstadtAltenmarkt is only 850 meters away and the historic town of Radstadt is only 15 kilometres away The shopping area where you will find two supermarkets including Aldi two large clothes stores a large pharmacy a large shoe store and a very large intersport shop where you can hire all your ski equipment in winter and cycling equipment in summer is only a short walk away In summer there is plenty to do mountain and cycle paths for walkers are in abundance with some starting from our property alongside the golf course The views along these paths are outstanding There are four other golf courses in the Salzburg area to visit Salzburg itself is a city of culture and a must for visitors it offers plenty to do and see Imagine a city built on a rushing river bedecked with colourful buildings in the shadows of snowcapped mountains and crowned by a massive fortress There are many concerts museums shows and places of interest to see all year round I would recommend that you take time to experience the magic of the Salzburg Christmas market For the more adventurous summer tourist there is white water rafting kayaking canyoning climbing as well as outdoor swimming pools and lakes The area is truly outstanding for active family holidays The Radstadt golf course opens in May and includes both an 18 hole and 9 hole course as well as driving ranges and a practice putting area
